Summary: The Strategy and Business Excellence Manager role in Dublin is a temporary position for a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at enhancing the Strategy and Business Excellence team's capabilities. The candidate will focus on deploying LEAN strategies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and managing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of LEAN/Excellence strategies.
• Deliver on systems within Technical Pillars and supply efficiency strategy.
• Support Continuous Improvement, Digital tier management, and Value stream management.
• Assist in design for Six Sigma and associated certification.
• Manage Metrics & Performance Management.
• Support site strategy deployment and reporting, PMO activities, and portfolio management.
• Plan and execute site communication needs.
• Lead Meeting Excellence program.
• Support strategic improvement activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support effective business governance processes for day-to-day performance.
• Assist in delivering people and culture strategy and project recognition.

Key Skills:

• Background in science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Certification in PMP, Change Management, Strategic Management, or Learning.
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or other Continuous Improvement background.
• Experience in Strategy and Business Excellence systems within a complex organization.
• Proven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Previous experience in Medical devices, pharma, or biopharma sectors.
