Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and annual publication of the organisation’s Strategic Workforce Plan.
- Develop workforce supply and demand forecasts.
- Conduct workforce capability assessments and strategic workforce risk analysis.
- Deliver scenario planning and workforce modelling to support future workforce requirements.
- Present workforce planning recommendations to Executive-level stakeholders.
- Support workforce prioritisation and investment decisions through data-driven insights.
- Coordinate the implementation and embedding of the Resource Management Operating Model (RMOM).
- Develop governance frameworks, processes, and operating procedures.
- Support organisational adoption and workforce planning maturity.
- Manage implementation risks, actions, and key dependencies.
The individual:
- Significant experience leading Strategic Workforce Planning within a complex organisation.
- Proven experience developing workforce strategies, supply and demand models, and workforce forecasts.
- Strong people analytics expertise, including dashboard development, workforce insight, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Experience conducting workforce capability assessments and workforce risk analysis.
- The ability to develop evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders and Executive stakeholders.
- Experience implementing workforce operating models, organisational change initiatives, or workforce transformation programmes.
- Strong governance, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience establishing governance forums and operational processes.
- The ability to translate workforce data into practical interventions and strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
