Programme Manager/Consultant - Underwriting Transformation - Outside IR35 - Long term programme
Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join a major transformation programme within the commercial insurance space.
This is a senior role working across technology and business teams to help shape and deliver significant change within a global insurance organisation. You'll be working closely with senior underwriting stakeholders, helping bring together different requirements, priorities and perspectives and turning them into a clear, achievable direction.
You'll be great for this if you have:
- Strong experience within commercial insurance, P&C or Specialty Insurance
- A solid background in underwriting, with a genuine understanding of underwriting processes, terminology and ways of working
- Experience delivering large-scale IT and business transformation programmes within insurance
- Strong Agile methodology experience, and leading technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with senior and sometimes challenging stakeholders
- The ability to take a strategic, programme-level view while still being happy to get into the detail and get things moving
- Confidence working across complex, global organisations with multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the gravitas to influence, challenge and manage upwards
This role requires 1-2 days pw in the clients London office.
