Summary: The Strategic Projects Analyst role within the R&D Lab at Vitality involves supporting the Enterprise Executive in achieving strategic objectives through effective communication and project management. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical workings into strategic narratives for stakeholders and Executive Committees.
- Build presentations and write papers to communicate strategic narratives.
- Co-ordinate the Enterprise Operating Forum and drive actions with committee members.
- Participate in shaping strategy and direction with the executive group.
- Support employee communications and engagement strategy, including drafting communications and organizing events.
- Handle administration tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
- Prepare and coordinate board materials and review regular Enterprise reports.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct analysis, research, and data gathering to support decision-making.
- Complete and coordinate strategic projects collaboratively across teams.
Key Skills:
