Summary: The Strategic Projects Analyst role within the R&D Lab at Vitality involves supporting the Enterprise Executive in achieving strategic objectives through effective communication and project management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate technical workings into strategic narratives for stakeholders and Executive Committees.
  • Build presentations and write papers to communicate strategic narratives.
  • Co-ordinate the Enterprise Operating Forum and drive actions with committee members.
  • Participate in shaping strategy and direction with the executive group.
  • Support employee communications and engagement strategy, including drafting communications and organizing events.
  • Handle administration tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Prepare and coordinate board materials and review regular Enterprise reports.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis, research, and data gathering to support decision-making.
  • Complete and coordinate strategic projects collaboratively across teams.
