Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the Made Smarter Adoption programme across the South East region.
• Manage a team of up to 10 FTE to achieve ambitious targets and key performance indicators.
• Engage with and support manufacturing SMEs in line with the Regional Delivery Plan.
• Drive strategic initiatives funded by the Department of Business and Trade to enhance economic growth.
• Collaborate with Upper Tier Local Authorities and key stakeholders to strengthen the regional economy.
