Summary: The Strategic Design Consultant role involves designing and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders and capture feedback, as well as drafting strategic documents and supporting the development of future operating models in a banking context. The consultant will also be responsible for simplifying complex data processes for diverse audiences. This position is a contract role based in Leeds/Halifax, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft strategic papers, frameworks, and artefacts (e.g. RACIs, learner journeys)
