Summary: The Strategic Design Consultant will be responsible for designing and facilitating workshops to gather stakeholder input, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights, and drafting strategic documents. The role also involves supporting the development of future operating models across People, Process, and Technology, while articulating complex data narratives for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate workshops to gather input and align stakeholders
- Capture and synthesise feedback into clear, actionable insights
- Draft strategic papers, frameworks, and artefacts (e.g. RACIs, learner journeys)
- Support the development of the future operating model across People, Process, and Technology
- Help articulate a compelling narrative that simplifies complex data processes and lineages for a range of audiences
Key Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to simplify and structure complex information
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working in strategy development, operating model design, and/or learner journey mapping (desirable but not essential)
