Summary: The Strategic Design Consultant role is a contract position based in Halifax or Leeds, requiring a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days in the office. The consultant will design and facilitate workshops, synthesize feedback, draft strategic documents, and support the development of future operating models across various domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate workshops to gather input and align stakeholders
- Capture and synthesise feedback into clear, actionable insights
- Draft strategic papers, frameworks, and artefacts (e.g. RACIs, learner journeys)
- Support the development of the future operating model across People, Process, and Technology
- Help articulate a compelling narrative that simplifies complex data processes and lineages for a range of audiences

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
