Summary: The Strategic Account Manager at Zimmer Biomet is responsible for driving revenue growth in the Robotics & technology product portfolio by converting new customers and increasing adoption among existing clients. This role involves collaboration with sales, commercial, and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for market share expansion. The manager will also lead local sales teams and act as an ambassador for the Zimmer Biomet portfolio, ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the value chain.

What You Can Expect
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth of our Robotics & technology product portfolio & support associated products through new customer conversions and increased adoption and usage of current customer base above market growth rates. You will collaborate with our Sales, Commercial & Marketing teams to spearhead a highly focused & targeted customer strategy to win market share from competitor brands across all segments of Zimmer Biomet business. You will also lead & coordinate with local sales teams to execute defined customer win strategy, in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, to drive measured accountability by sales representative. The role would also sct as a champion and ambassador for the ZB portfolio & associated products and be perceived as a leader internally.
How You'll Create Impact
- Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets which will realise significant growth over PYS
- Full responsibility and follow up on regional DTS projects in cooperation with Recon team
- Targeting Gold accounts in cooperation with Recon team covering the ZB Recon & TDS full offering
- Taking owenership of negotiations and contracting with Hospitals
- Close collaboration with Pricing & Tender team across set region
- Focus on networking with C-suite and Buying department in Gold and Platinum hospitals
- Active participation in regional projects to shape/drive/implement new product offering & commercial initiatives
- Representing ZB DTS towards customers and industry societies
- Ensure that ZB is represented appropriately in the market, recognized as a trusted and reliable partner of choice
- Accountable for ensuring that the entire value chain (from pre-sales to post-sales) and cross-divisional relations achieve a superior customer experience

Your Background
- Master degree in business administration and/or Health care related studies required
- Strong knowledge of the Orthopaedic & Robotics market
- Significant sales experience, with multi-channel approach, ideally paired with in depth knowledge of hospital operating processes
Travel Expectations
This role requires a flexible in their approach to work as will require national, and in some instances, international travel. A full, valid Driving License is required.
