You’ll uncover powerful, real-life stories from across the organisation, spanning patients, volunteers, employees and fundraising, transforming them into engaging narratives for use across both internal and external communications.
About You
You’re a skilled storyteller with proven experience in interviewing, writing and shaping compelling narratives, whether in a charity, business or media environment. You’re confident working in a busy content team, collaborating across a complex organisation and building strong relationships to uncover powerful stories. Curious, tenacious and resourceful, you know how to find and develop meaningful, story-led content, including handling sensitive or emotionally charged subjects with empathy, professionalism and sound judgement. You’re a persuasive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Above all, you’re trustworthy, discreet and committed to using stories to make a genuine impact.
