Summary: The Store Coordinator role at Musgrave involves supporting the Winning Store Operating Model (WSOM) Programme, aimed at enhancing in-store operations for retailers in Ireland and Spain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, at store level, of the overall Winning Store Operating Model (WSOM) programme.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones using a task-based approach that includes resource needs and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, facilitating regular updates with project stakeholders while identifying risks and determining appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the overall change programme remains on track and the planned efficiencies are gained.
  • Drive and challenge assumptions of execution plans.
  • Facilitate communication about project changes to all stakeholders, retailers, Musgrave teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support the designing of best practice within the WSOM program.
