What You'll Be Doing:: As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing & Maintaining: Oversee enterprise storage and backup systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across a global infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise storage and data protection environments, including proactive incident response and life cycle management of hardware and software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to implement new solutions, support business continuity, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

What You Bring to the Role:: To thrive in this position, you'll need:

• Expertise: Strong practical experience with enterprise storage and backup technologies (eg, NetApp, Dell PowerMax/PowerStore, Rubrik) in highly virtualized environments.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and data centre operations, along with hands-on experience in managing hardware life cycles, patching, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across global teams and manage vendor relationships.
