Summary: The Stock Controller will join the Merchandising team of a London-based charity, focusing on managing stock levels and maintaining the inventory control system. This role involves developing inventory models, managing supplier orders, and collaborating with team members to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.
  • Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels.
  • Raise dropship orders and attend to corresponding administrative tasks.
  • Manage supplier orders, supporting with administration and handling supplier queries.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure business goals are met.
  • Report to management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Identify and manage slow moving and obsolete stock.
  • Work in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Support other team members as required in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
