Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stock condition surveys and RDSAP assessments across residential properties in Surrey.
- Manage a portfolio of over 2,700 properties.
- Commit to working 4 to 5 days a week.
- Utilize provided equipment including ID badges, tablets, and calling cards.
- Coordinate appointments pre-arranged by the client and optional door knocking.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Surrey and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) for a long-term contract.
Role Overview:
- Conduct stock condition and RDSAP across residential properties in and around Surrey (CR, RH,KT, SM Postcodes)
- Portfolio of 2,700+ properties (property list available)
- Must be a QUALIFIED DEA
- Paid per survey – Flats, Houses and Blocks
- Outside IR35
- Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Start Date: Expected from 5th May
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
