Stock Condition Surveyor + RDSAP

Location: Portsmouth , Portsmouth,Chichester & Bognor Regis.

Contract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | ongoing for up to 6 months | Immediate Start

TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor for an ongoing project based in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
  • Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
  • Completing RDSAP assignments
  • Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.

About the Role:

Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).

Complete 8-10 surveys per day.

Full induction and training on the software provided.

Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).

Completing both stock condition surveys and RDSAP assessments.

Ideal Candidate:
