Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Sussex (Brighton), Oxfordshire, South and North London
- Manage a portfolio of 350+ properties
- Receive payment per survey for Bedsits, Flats, Houses, and Blocks
- Perform a mixture of Stock Only and Stock and EPC Assessments
Key Skills:
- Qualified Stock Condition Surveyor
- Experience in conducting EPC Assessments
- Knowledge of residential property surveying
- Ability to manage a portfolio of properties
