Job Opportunity: Stock Condition Surveyor 

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract surveyor to their team in Newcastle.

Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
  • Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
  • Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
