Summary: TSA Surveying is seeking Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveyors for a 4-year contract in Southwark, focusing on surveying over 60,000 dwellings and 5,000 blocks. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stock condition and RDSAP surveys using asset management software on a tablet device.
- Survey various properties including houses, flats, and blocks.
- Work full-time, 3 to 5 days a week, with booked appointments by the client.
- Option for door knocking to secure additional surveys.
- Receive on-site training related to the role.
Key Skills:
- Qualified DEA (ELMHURST or STERLING).
- Prior experience in stock condition and RDSAP surveys.
- Familiarity with HHSRS.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to appoint Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveyors in Southwark on a 4 YEAR CONTRACT. All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software. Outside IR35 role Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks - Good Rates Over 60,000 dwellings and 5,000 blocks to survey! Properties located in SOUTHWARK , Central London. Full time only -3 to 5 days a week required BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT - DOOR KNOCKING IS ALSO AN OPTION!
