Summary: The Statutory Reporting Manager role involves managing the preparation of financial reports for a Financial Services company, focusing on compliance with UK, US, and IFRS standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing the Half Yearly Financial Reports and Q3 Interims, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK/EU disclosure requirements.
- Producing the US Half Yearly Financial Reports on Form 6-K, ensuring compliance with US SEC disclosure requirements.
- Collaborating with the Technical Accounting team to interpret and implement updates to accounting and disclosure requirements.
Key Skills:
- ACA or ACCA Qualified.
- Desirable background in Audit with a transition to Statutory Reporting.
- Understanding of IFRS.
- Strong writing skills suitable for published documents.
