Stator Technician

Summary: The Stator Technician is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment involved in the production of stators, including tasks such as metal preparation, adhesive application, and operating rubber injection machines. The role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Effective documentation and communication skills are essential for maintaining records and collaborating with team members. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Metal preparation by sandblasting, grinding, and fabricating.
• Applying adhesives and operating rubber injection machines.
• Heavy lifting may be required and standing for a long period.
• Documents and records data in assigned work area.
• Ensures that finished product meets company quality policy.
• Ensure all PPE (personal protection equipment) is used.
• May require frequent lifting from 25-50 lbs.
