  • Create online personnel files and ensure that all relevant recruitment paperwork is uploaded into the personnel file with the relevant tracker updated.
  • Upskilled and trained to conduct 5-year reference checks for new starters.

Location: Necastle Airport– 25 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

Reporting to: Regional Administration Manager

The Station Administrator at Swissport plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative function within the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, the Station Administrator – Centralised Support will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsibilities
  • Pass Applications: Own the temporary and full pass applications for all new starters in Glasgow and Newcastle
  • Pass Rejections: Liaise with the relevant Vetting Team member to review and clear any pass rejections.
