Summary: The role of a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer involves maintaining and repairing various mechanical systems, including heating, air-conditioning, and water systems, for a global FM client. The engineer will ensure that all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to high standards while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain Evaporative Cooling Systems and Domestic Water Systems in line with L8 standards.
• Diagnose and repair faults with pumps, motors, valves, and cooling towers.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
