Summary: The Staffing Systems Administrator will collaborate with the Staffing Systems Lead and Senior Management to implement and enhance staffing systems, particularly for Nursing and Midwifery. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring compliance with staffing solutions, and coordinating temporary staffing requests to achieve safe staffing levels across the Trust. Additionally, the position requires active participation in quality assurance and strategic project delivery in line with NHSI recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement staffing systems for all staff groups, focusing on Nursing and Midwifery.
  • Provide technical support to trust users and monitor system utilisation.
  • Liaise with area managers to resolve issues and ensure effective staffing solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance across the Healthroster suite and monitor KPI data.
  • Coordinate temporary staffing requests in compliance with NHSI recommendations.
  • Assist in delivering strategic projects related to E-Rostering and NHSP systems.

  • Experience in staffing systems implementation and support.
