Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, publishing, and maintaining rosters for staff and freelancers across ITV News.
• Recording and amending hours worked and absences for employees.
• Managing working hours in line with the Working Periods policy.
• Making changes to published rosters as required to meet program needs while considering cost implications.
• Booking freelancers in accordance with finance tax and employment status guidelines.
• Authorizing weekly cost sheets for all booked freelancers, documenting costs and reasons.
• Maintaining the freelance pool and authorizing staff payment uplifts.
• Covering for other Administrators within ITV News as needed.
• Understanding HR policies to efficiently handle staffing issues across the department.
