Staff Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Growth, GTM

We're supporting a high-growth tech business looking for a Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team.
You'll work closely with senior commercial leaders across Growth, GTM and Customer Success, owning the analytics and data foundations that drive decisions around acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer lifecycle reporting
- Defining and governing key business and GTM metrics
- Turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights
- Delivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance
- Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards
- Building analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insights
- Mentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function
Key Skills:
- SQL & dbt expert
- BigQuery experience
- Looker/LookML
- Commercial & GTM analytics
- Stakeholder management at senior level
- Analytics Engineering background
Nice to Have:
- HubSpot, Zuora or Vitally
- Python
- Experimentation/A/B Testing
- AI-enabled analytics experience
