Summary: A leading Energy company is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Specialist - HR/Payroll to collaborate with customers on enhancements and support for the HR/Payroll module within Oracle eBusiness Suite. The role involves design, development, system testing, and user acceptance testing, with a focus on Oracle EBS version 12.2.9. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, system test, and rollout enhancements and additions to the HR/Payroll module within Oracle EBS.
• Provide support for existing EBS configuration, customizations, and extensions, including responding to support calls and investigating errors.
• Demonstrate technical experience in Oracle SQL and Workflow development for Oracle eBusiness.
• Utilize knowledge of Release 12 of Oracle eBusiness HRMS applications across a multi-org setup, including OA Framework and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is beneficial but not essential.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the HR/Payroll Module within Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) version 12.2.9.
• Experience in design, development, system testing, and UAT for HR/Payroll module enhancements.
• Technical experience in Oracle SQL and Workflow development.
• Familiarity with Release 12 of Oracle eBusiness HRMS applications.
