Summary: The Oracle EBS Functional Specialist - HR/Payroll will work with a leading Energy company, focusing on the design, development, and support of the HR/Payroll module within Oracle eBusiness Suite. This role requires strong technical experience and knowledge of Oracle SQL, Workflow development, and EBS configurations. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office, and is initially for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle EBS version 12.2.9 and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test enhancements and additions to the HR/Payroll module within Oracle eBusiness Suite.
- Provide support for existing EBS configurations, customizations, and extensions.
- Investigate root causes for errors and respond to support calls raised.
- Demonstrate technical experience in Oracle SQL and Workflow development.
- Utilize knowledge of Release 12 of Oracle eBusiness HRMS applications across a multi-org setup.
- Work with OA Framework and BI Publisher.
- Support knowledge of Oracle Cloud, though not essential.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll Module within Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) version 12.2.9.
- Experience in design, development, system testing, and UAT.
- Technical experience in Oracle SQL and Workflow development.
- Familiarity with EBS configurations, customizations, and extensions.
- Knowledge of OA Framework and BI Publisher.
- Experience with SQL Developer.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is beneficial.
