A data consultancy is working with a large insurance client to transition from a traditional ITSM / ITIL-led support model into a modern product-aligned SRE and application support culture. This role is for an experienced SRE Transformation Consultant who can embed with a Retail product team, assess the current operating model, and help define and deliver the target SRE roadmap.
