Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
- Monitor and analyse system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support performance testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.
- Automate operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripts.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (eg, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
- Document performance benchmarks, testing procedures, and system configurations.
Key Skills:
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
