Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end BAU operations across multiple technology areas (applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, and platforms).
- Ensure high service reliability, availability, and performance against SLA/SLO targets.
- Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, operational risks, and service failures.
- Define and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage multiple operational teams, setting clear ownership, KPIs, and support models (including on-call).
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimise risk and improve service stability.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, SRE, security, and regulatory standards, including audits and risk management.
- Manage vendors and third-party service performance.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven service reporting.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience leading SRE, Operations, or Service Management teams in complex environments.

This role is accountable for ensuring all services meet agreed SLA/SLO targets, operational standards, and regulatory expectations.
You will act as the single point of accountability for operations, working closely with Delivery, Product, Architecture, Security, and external vendors to enable smooth service transitions, controlled change, and continuous improvement.
