Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub
  • Improve system reliability, monitoring, performance, and deployment processes across complex production environments
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous service improvements
  • Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to implement DevOps and SRE best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Production Support Engineer within large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, Python, and SQL
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and OpenTelemetry (OTel)
  • Solid networking knowledge and experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation, and production environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage incidents independently and collaborate across global teams
