Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on Salesforce and enterprise systems. This role requires a technically skilled leader with extensive project management experience, responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing vendors, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders. The position is pivotal in delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget while meeting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.

- Champion best practices in project governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in senior-level roles managing enterprise-wide programs.
- Proven success in delivering international digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing external vendors, SIs, and offshore delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects (e.g., implementation, migration, or integration) strongly preferred.
- Technical background—prior experience as a developer, architect, or systems engineer is highly desirable.
