Summary: The role of Sr. QA/QC Engineer in Doha, Qatar, involves providing technical leadership and ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all project phases for a major Oil & Gas company. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical; Master’s degree is preferable.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 years in a senior position.
- Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor; professional qualifications relevant to quality are desirable.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and international codes and standards.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing inspection and certification processes.
- Experience in offshore construction, welding, and NDE techniques.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and organize quality and inspection teams.

Airswift is seeking for a SR. QA/QC Engineer to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Purpose
To provide technical leadership and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role is responsible for driving compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements, while overseeing contractor performance, managing audits, and leading multi-disciplinary QA/QC teams to deliver high-quality offshore project execution.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University, preferably a Mechanical degree. Master’s degree is also preferable.
• Membership of a recognised Professional Institution of relevance is preferable.
Experience
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, including a solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in similar senior position.
• Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality is desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards relevant to quality.
• Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning.
• Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.
• Working knowledge in offshore construction, welding & NDE (conventional and non

• Proficient in the English language (both written & spoken).
• Leadership skills to motivate and organise Project and Contractors quality & Inspection Teams to achieve a high-performance level.
