Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance CDP and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement platform updates and integrations.
  • Collaborate across teams to support data-driven marketing programs, including lead management, nurturing, and database integrity.
  • Analyze data and metrics to troubleshoot, optimize, and report on campaign and platform performance.
  • Lead or participate in projects involving system upgrades, migrations, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to drive platform adoption and effective usage.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • 3–4+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Pardot administration, with certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2B sales cycle impact via digital marketing.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and query strings is a plus.
