Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex, strategic non-standard agreements.
• Advise and partner with sales teams on deal process and contract management.
• Lead on OKR projects and the development of templates and internal guidance.
• Understand product, data security, financial services regulation, and privacy process issues to guide the sales team during negotiations.
• Help with standardization of documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Understand Databricks' internal structures, product offerings, technology, security/data protection systems, and policies.
• Provide general legal support across all areas of the business.

Key Skills:

• Expertise negotiating complex agreements for SaaS and AI products with highly regulated entities.
• Qualified attorney or solicitor (or EU equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience post-qualification.
