Summary: The SR. Change Management Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies within a global Professional Services organization, particularly in the Oil and Gas sector. The role requires a deep understanding of change management principles and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. The consultant will also design training programs and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of changes. A strong background in client-facing roles and technology-based projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key stakeholders, assess change readiness, and conduct change impact assessments.
• Develop a change management strategy based on change history and scope.
• Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate concerns.
• Create actionable change management plans, including communication and training plans.
• Establish and deploy a sustainable Change Network.
• Deliver impactful communications to user groups based on their needs.
• Design and manage training delivery and effectiveness measurement.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and present findings clearly.
• Support execution of plans by engaging stakeholders and conducting awareness sessions.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of changes.

Key Skills:

• Post Graduation or advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI or ACMP preferred).
• 6+ years of Change Management experience.
• Solid experience in client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to influence and articulate messages across various audiences.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
• Experience in technology and digital programs level change management.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
