Sr Business Systems Analyst, 12 months contract

Summary: The Sr Business Systems Analyst role involves defining organizational goals and leading projects to ensure successful delivery of IT-related initiatives. • Develop comprehensive user training materials and documentation to facilitate smooth adoption.

Key Skills:

• At least 6 years of proven experience in analyzing requirements for business information systems.
• Strong background of 6+ years in managing IT-related projects from inception to delivery.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand processes, applications, and analytics needs, then convert them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a proactive change leader by identifying fresh opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance both business operations and system processes.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders through effective collaboration, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and translated for successful outcomes.
