Summary: The Sr Business Systems Analyst role involves defining organizational goals and leading projects to ensure successful delivery of IT-related initiatives. The position requires collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements and develop training materials for effective change management. The analyst will also oversee quality assurance processes and conduct user training sessions. This is a 12-month contract position based in Hong Kong with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define organizational and operational goals through business impact assessments, detailed requirements gathering, technical solution design, and support for change management processes.
- Lead and contribute to projects by setting key milestones, assembling teams, monitoring progress and resources, addressing issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across AI initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive user training materials and documentation to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Conduct engaging user briefing and training sessions as part of effective change management efforts.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years of proven experience in analyzing requirements for business information systems.
- Strong background of 6+ years in managing IT-related projects from inception to delivery.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand processes, applications, and analytics needs, then convert them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a proactive change leader by identifying fresh opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance both business operations and system processes.
- Bridge the gap between stakeholders through effective collaboration, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and translated for successful outcomes.
- Proficient in Chinese and English
