Summary: The role of Sr. Business Analyst/Strategy Consultant focuses on transforming the IT Business Engagement function for a customer by developing a scalable operating model that aligns IT services with organizational goals. The consultant will assess current practices, design a future-state framework, and lead change management initiatives. This position requires extensive experience in IT strategy and management consulting. The consultant will also establish governance mechanisms and create a support plan for the new engagement functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state IT customer engagement practices and stakeholder relationships.
- Design and document a future-state framework for business engagement, including demand and opportunity management.
- Develop a 3-year strategic business engagement plan and a roadmap for phased implementation.
- Lead organizational change management (OCM) and communication activities to transition IT and external stakeholders to the new model.
- Establish governance mechanisms for continual review and adaptation of service delivery models.
- Create a managed service support plan to ensure the scalability and sustainability of the new engagement functions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Management Consulting, or IT Operating Model design.
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management (BRM) frameworks and IT Governance.
- Strong background in Strategic Planning and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
