Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the implementation and enhancement of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This position involves gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and a proven track record in system integration testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business objectives, processes, and system limitations to propose solutions and improvements.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with functional SMEs and document business needs in detail.
- Perform fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR and Billing modules and map data from legacy and 3rd-party systems.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, business process flows, and documentation.
- Review system capabilities and constraints to validate feasibility of enhancements and integrations.
- Lead and execute end-to-end system integration and UAT testing, including validating 3rd-party interfaces.
- Support training efforts, project documentation, and provide functional support as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with a large remote team and participate in project meetings.
- Work off-hours occasionally based on project phase or deployment activity.
