Summary: My Client is seeking a MS SQL (Azure) Engineer for an initial 3-month contract to enhance their database design. The role is classified as Outside IR35 and involves reviewing and maintaining SQL databases, as well as defining standards and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based database solutions, particularly Azure. This position is crucial for improving the efficiency and security of the client's data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Database SQL Git PRs and deploying these to production
  • Maintaining SQL database and any SQL Jobs
  • Defining SQL Standards and deployment processes
  • Management of SQL Backups
