Summary: The SQL DBA role involves working on a significant migration project for a well-known organization, focusing on the mobilization of a Records Management System Replacement Programme. The contract duration is expected to be between 12 to 18 months, requiring the candidate to work onsite in Warwickshire two days a week. Key Responsibilities:

We are currently working with an established and well-known organisation who require a SQL DBA, to work on a large-scale migration project, which is expected to run well into 2027. The client is mobilising a Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Programme. This is anticipated to be one of the largest and most complex change programmes the client has undertaken for many years.
The role is critical to ensuring the stability, performance, security, and availability of SQL Server environments supporting Niche, data migration activities, and associated integrations. You will deliver DBA services at pace to support programme milestones and requirements.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA
- Expertise in performance tuning, indexing, and query optimisation
