Summary: The SQL Data & Reporting Analyst role involves executing critical reporting cycles and supporting a corporate migration to modernized systems within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the core month-end reporting cycle from the 1st through the 15th of each month, ensuring seamless data distribution to internal and external groups.
- Write and execute Tier 1 through Tier 3 SQL queries within SQL Server Management Studio to extract and isolate complex datasets.
- Manage, track, and fulfill general to Tier 2 ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders, troubleshooting missing data parameters with patience and professionalism.
- Utilize a blend of modern and legacy systems including MS Excel, MS Access, and the Luminex platform employing creative workarounds to ensure data continuity.
- Review all generated reports rigorously to maintain an elite standard of data accuracy, protecting the integrity of member and provider analytics.
- Maintain a highly dependable remote work presence, utilizing robust home connectivity to securely handle sensitive corporate reporting.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional data analytics or financial reporting experience (or a total of 8 years of relevant data experience if working in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
- Strong proficiency in writing foundational to complex SQL queries within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
