Day to Day:
This SQL Data Analyst will join the Corporate Risk team over at Wells Fargo. This team supports an application that is a self-serve customer/party aggregate exposure search tool for internal Wells folks to use. For example, if a Wells employee needs to look up risk exposure for a certain client, this application can show all of the client's information, every product they have with Wells, and every loan they have. This SQL Data Analyst will be in charge of using SQL to pull data from a database, reviewing the results, and filling in the gaps if there's anything missing. They will be reviewing dollar amounts/transactions, so they need to have a financial background in order to review the dollar amounts, decide if it makes sense, and trace the data lineage back to the mistake if not. This will be a lot of data remediation and data lineage work.
