Summary: We are seeking a skilled SQL Data Analyst and Reporting Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. The role requires strong expertise in SQL and reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, working closely with business stakeholders and project teams. The candidate will also provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users. This position is based in London, England, and may involve onsite, hybrid, or remote work depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support onsite (Windows 10 & 11 and hardware) to clients at their location.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity.
- Maintain video conference systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (IMACD).
- Support power users in project rollouts and deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Provide power/executive support as a key technician.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Technical support experience for Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11).
- Knowledge of SCCM & Intune staging.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory management.
