Summary: The SQA Lead role is a 6-month contract position focused on quality assurance and supply chain management within a renewable energy company in Coventry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in innovative and practical solutions to complex technical and quality problems.
  • Develop robust plans to prevent problems and ensure reliable capability while minimizing costs.
  • Use data from external and internal resources to identify and implement opportunities for improving quality, cost, or service/delivery.
  • Maintain supplier performance metrics and report to management.
  • Partner with sites to complete necessary data input into applicable tools.
  • Coordinate requirements and best practices gathering.
  • Create procedures, work instructions, process flows, guidance, and training materials.
  • Lead Supply Chain standards within and at 3rd party supply/partner.

Key Skills:

  • Similar/relevant experience in quality planning.
  • Continuous Improvement expertise.
  • Strong operational manufacturing experience within an OEM or tier 1 supply chain.
