Designed with a passion for innovation with specialist features to help to optimise athletic performance in all conditions.The founders vision is to build Castore into a brand respected across the globe for a deep and unrelenting commitment to engineering the highest quality sportswear in the world, with no stone left unturned in its search for innovation and performance enhancement.The sportswear market has been dominated by a small clique of mass-market brands and the vision is for Castore to be a premium alternative to these, the natural brand of choice for discerning athletes who demand the very best.The RoleSupporting the overall relationship management of allocated assets, including driving the core critical path, ensuring contracted obligations are delivered on both Castore and Club/Federation side, GOK and Club delivery management, Retail (where applicable) assistance and rights management for Castore s Sports Marketing assets across the Brand s multi-sport portfolio.Crucial to the role is fostering, developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders throughout allocated assets, including but not limited to day-to-day management of key asset stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing and the Professional & Playing teams.The Sports Marketing Manager will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organisation, along with excellent organisational attributes to ensure the Senior Sports Marketing Manager is supported, along with the wider department.They will be responsible for developing relationships and opportunities with other sponsors of Castore s Sports Marketing assets.Ultimately, the Sports Marketing Manager will support the Senior Sports Marketing Manager, Sports Marketing Director and the wider team to deliver against partnership objectives, key Sports Marketing activities and Campaigns to achieve business commercial and brand goals.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for allocated assets (plus future assets where applicable) relationship management.Day-to-day key relationship management of stakeholders at Sports Marketing assets.Responsible for Club/Fed/Team management of the core product development critical path.Work with Sports Marketing Operations to ensure efficient product flow from order placement to delivery date.Liaise between the assets, agencies and internal teams ensuring all parties requirements are met.Work with internal Marketing, Brand and Pro Sports functions to deliver sponsorship rights across all brand and commercial activations.Liaise with category management to identify and develop new/existing products to meet the requirements of Clubs/Federations/Teams.Working closely with internal Wholesale teams ensure provision of key information and associated materials to support licensed growth within wholesale accounts for respective/relevant Clubs/Fed/Teams.Work internally with Brand Marketing functions to help deliver key retail and partnership activations.Support with internal and external reporting on key activity such as Team product retail sell through, any re-buy sales and overall sponsored asset performance via a comprehensive business review periodically.What We OfferCompetitive salaryDiscretionary bonus scheme25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Modern city centre offices in ManchesterAn opportunity to work with global sporting partnersOffice breakout space with pool tables, dart board and TV sA chance to build a career with a fast paced, high growth brandGenerous staff discount
