Summary: The Cybersecurity Engineer role requires a highly motivated individual with technical proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, including Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk. The candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple assignments while ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include implementing new cybersecurity technologies, creating documentation, and providing on-call support. The position requires in-person attendance at office locations at least four days a week post-COVID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new deployments of cybersecurity technologies such as Cyberark and Tenable.
  • Assist with upgrade efforts on existing infrastructure equipment.
  • Create documentation and procedures for daily and major tasks.
  • Determine and propose suggested architecture for system deployments.
  • Communicate and work with vendors and internal stakeholders on technology deployment.
  • Configure and set up systems.
  • Create documentation and train others on the use of new systems.
  • Patch and maintain technology.

Cybersecurity Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly motivated candidate who demonstrates strong commitment to operational excellence, possesses technical proficiency in the deployment and or management of cybersecurity technogies such as but not limited to Trend Micro Antivirus, RSA SecureID, and Splunk.

The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with safety mind set. This individual must also exercise good judgment and render sound business decisions. The applicant should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce design and procedural documentation

Must have the ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed. Must be able to provide off-hour, on-call support as needed to support cybersecurity systems.

Must be willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours. Must have the means and be able to travel to various Company locations. Must have a valid driver's license.

There are in-person requirements for this job and post COVID working arrangements will require reporting to office locations at minimum of four days a week.

Selected candidate will require passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check
