Summary: The role involves creating a pool of experts in Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners for the European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in specific assignments related to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners as contacted by the European Training Foundation (ETF).
- Provide expertise based on relevant professional experience in the field.
- Submit CV and a brief statement of interest for consideration in the expert pool.
Key Skills:
- Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher (e.g., PhD).
- 15 years of relevant professional experience for Senior experts, 10 years for Mid-level experts, and 5 years for Junior experts.
- Experience specifically related to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners.
- Very good command of English.

We are creating a pool of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners for Senior experts;
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners for Mid-level experts;
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Social Partners for Junior experts;
- Very good command of English.
