Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business to achieve targets and goals set
- Maintain new customers through effective key account management
- Maintain and develop customer relationship management and opportunity pipeline information
- Identify relevant new business opportunities in existing markets via cold calling, lead generation, and referrals
- Identify potential new customers and make contact for sales propositions
- Respond and follow up on all sales enquiries from the Customer Support and Marketing Team
- Collate and share customer feedback and market intelligence to inform a customer strategic approach
- Attend or host relevant promotional events and provide report information
