Summary: This role is for a Specialist Community Dietitian within the Diabetes and Nutrition Services (DANS) team, which is part of one of the largest community services in England. The position involves working with a diverse patient caseload across various settings, focusing on improving health outcomes in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support a community caseload of patients with complex needs and various clinical conditions.
- Deliver training sessions on nutrition-related topics for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct specialist dietetic consultations providing holistic, patient-centred care.
- Participate in audit, research activities, and policy development.
- Supervise junior colleagues and tailor workplans to individual skills and interests.
Key Skills:
